1.5 Submittals: 1) submit shop drawings for approval.
1.6 Storage: 1) All Contemporary Walls materials to be stored in original
Packaging in a dry protected area.
1.7 Site conditions: 1) Examine site prior to starting work and report any
unsatisfactory conditions which may affect the work
in this section.
1.8 Warranty: 1) Contemporary Walls sole warranty to the customer is that
each product manufactured and sold by Contemporary Walls
shall at the time of shipment be fit for the ordinary purpose
for which such product is customarily used.
1.9 Remedy: 1) Contemporary Walls shall be responsible or liable only for
replacement of or at contemporary walls option ,refund of
purchase price.

SECTION 3 EXECUTION
3.1 Preperation : 1) Check existing ceilings,walls and floors prior to installation
of Contemporary Walls demountable systems series
9350,9375,9450 and 9475.
3.2 Installation: 1) visit www.demountablewalls.com for installers manual.
3.3 Adjustments 1) correct all deficiencies to design consultants approval.
